Land Nursery Ministry Parents Day Out Director: Kristin Miklovic Parents Day Out is offered by Maumee United Methodist Church. The purpose of Parent's Day Out is to help support parents in the care of their children by providing quality childcare at reasonable prices in a safe, loving, enriching, and Christian environment. Parents Day Out provides children with opportunities to participate in art, group activities, music, and stories. Ages: Children ages 4 months thru Pre-K are welcome. Hours: Parents Day Out is available from 9:00am-1:00pm. Small Beginnings parents, your preschooler may join their sibling after school. Rates: $18.00 per child $16.00 for second child Third child is free $6.00 after school Payment is expected when child is dropped off, checks can be made payable to "MUMC." A $18.00 cancellation fee will be charged if you do not call and cancel more than 24 hours in advance. Please call 419-893-8761 ext. 120. if you need to cancel. The fee does not apply if your child becomes sick.

Reservation Policies: There is a $10.00 non-refundable per child registration fee to use PDO for the 2009-2010 school year. Your child must be signed up at least one week prior to the drop-in date. You may register and/or sign your child up for a date by calling and leaving a voice mail message at 419-893-8761 ext. 120. Snow Days: If Maumee City Schools delay or close due to weather, PDO will be cancelled for that day. What to bring: If your child is in diapers, please bring at least 3 disposable diapers, and change of clothes. Please label everything with your child's name, including bottles and cups. A mid-morning snack will be provided, please pack you child a lunch, with their name clearly marked on the bag. Health Policy: In consideration of the health and safety of the caregivers and the other children, we ask that you refrain from bringing your child if they have had any of the following symptoms in the past 24 hours; diarrhea, vomiting, rash, fever or severe cough.
